How we run it.
Receive and count
Your inbound stock arrives at our Lehi warehouse, gets counted against your manifest, and any discrepancy is logged before we touch it.
Prep to spec
We label, poly bag, bundle, and box to current FBA requirements, so each unit meets Amazon's rules for its category.
Book the shipment
We book prepared cartons across our carrier mix, so inventory moves to the fulfillment center without sitting unplanned on our floor.
Confirm and record
You get the shipment IDs, carton counts, and tracking, so what left our building matches what you sent to Amazon.

Questions, answered.
- What FBA prep do you handle?
- Receiving, FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, and boxing to Amazon's current requirements. If your category has a specific prep rule, we prep to it.
- How fast do shipments go out?
- Cartons booked by 2pm MT ship the same day from our Lehi warehouse across our carrier mix. Anything after that goes the next business day.
- How do I know my counts are right?
- We count inbound stock against your manifest on receipt and confirm carton counts on the way out. We run at a 99.2% order accuracy rate, and every discrepancy is logged and sent to you.
- Do I have to switch everything over at once?
- No. Many brands start with overflow and peak volume on the done with you tier and move to done for you when prepping in house costs more of their time than the service does.
Before you start
Know what your FBA prep handoff requires.
FBA prep prepares inventory for delivery into Amazon fulfillment. Agree the receiving, inspection, labeling, packaging and shipment responsibilities for your products before stock moves.
- What determines the work?
- The product, its packaging and the current instructions for the shipment. Verify requirements in your seller account; a generic checklist cannot replace product-specific instructions.
- What information is needed?
- Provide the SKU and unit list, product identifiers, packaging requirements and inbound shipment instructions. Clarify who creates the shipment plan and who owns any exception.
- How is prep priced?
- Request an itemized scope for receiving, prep tasks, materials, storage and onward shipping. Do not compare a per-unit prep fee without checking which steps it includes.
