Anata Inc. uses the Intuit QuickBooks Online API to access financial data through our internal Anata Agent platform (agent.anatainc.com). This integration is used exclusively for internal business reporting by authorized Anata Inc. employees.

What QuickBooks Data We Access

  • Financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Company information and chart of accounts
  • OAuth authentication tokens required to maintain the connection

How We Use QuickBooks Data

QuickBooks data is accessed on a read-only basis and used solely for internal financial analysis and reporting. We do not modify, sell, rent, or use this data for any commercial or marketing purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not share QuickBooks data with any third party. All QuickBooks data remains within Anata Inc.’s internal infrastructure and is accessible only to authorized employees.

Token Storage

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued by Intuit are stored server-side only, using encrypted storage. Tokens are never exposed to the browser, stored in cookies, or included in client-side code.

Disconnecting

You may disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time by visiting https://agent.anatainc.com/disconnect. This will immediately revoke all stored tokens and remove your QuickBooks connection.
