What is A+ Content?
The brand-controlled section further down a product detail page, built from image and text modules instead of plain description text. It is where a brand explains the product visually, and it is available to sellers who have enrolled their brand.
Why it matters in practice
A+ Content matters because the top of a detail page is nearly all image and bullet, and A+ is the only place a brand gets room to answer the objections that stop a purchase. In practice it is used for a comparison chart across a product family, a sizing or compatibility explainer, and a short brand section, so a shopper who scrolled past the bullets still finds the answer they were looking for. A worked example: a kitchen brand selling four pan sizes puts a size chart in A+ on every child listing, so a shopper who landed on the wrong size finds the right one instead of leaving. Because the modules are images, the text inside them is not read the same way body text is, which is why the important words still belong in the title, the bullets and the description.
