Onboarding
Use this page to complete setup for Anata Shipping OS (and, if applicable, Fulfillment and Marketing). Start with Shipping OS, then follow your track below.

Shipping OS Onboarding
Use the steps below to guide your setup. If you’re using multiple services, complete only the sections that apply to your plan.
1) Account Creation ⌄
- Go to
app.anatainc.com - Click Sign up free
- Enter Name, Company Name, Email, and Phone
- Create a password and click Register
- Verify your email address
- Wait for approval before proceeding
(We’ll replace this checklist with an Arcade walkthrough once it’s created.)
2) Initial Platform Setup (Ship From Address) ⌄
- Click Settings (gear icon)
- Go to Ship From Addresses
- Click + to add a new address
- Fill out return name/company/contact email/phone and address
- Click Add
3) Platform Integration (Shopify) ⌄
- Go to
Order Settings → Integrations → Add Integration - Select Shopify
- Enter your store slug and name the integration
- Click Install
- Click sync to fetch orders, then refresh
- Confirm orders appear under
Orders → All
Note: We can add additional integrations (HTML, etc.) as you provide the Arcade links.
4) Orders Overview & Fulfillment ⌄
- Navigate to Orders
- Open a sample order to review items and packages
- Remove excess packages if needed (split shipments)
- Apply packaging automation rules (optional)
5) Packaging & Automation Rules ⌄
- Go to
Settings → Packagesand add common package sizes - Go to
Automations → Rulesand add rules that match your workflow - Optional: Create service-based rules (example: always use a specific carrier/service)
6) Billing & Payments ⌄
- Go to
Settings → Paymentand add a payment method - ACH (no fee) or Credit Card (+3% processing fee)
- Optional: Set up Auto Refill (example: when balance < $50 → refill $100)
- Labels are deducted from your available balance
7) Packing Slips & Printing ⌄
- Navigate to
Orders → Print Packing Slips - Sort by SKU (recommended), Name, or Reference #
- Separate by Package Type and/or Shipping Service as needed
- Optional: Enable “Auto Close After Print”
8) Order Actions ⌄
- Set Package (bulk assign)
- Hold Orders / Release Holds
- Resync Orders
- Merge Orders (same address only)
- Upload Orders via CSV (field mapping required)
- Add Manual Order (single-entry form)
Fulfillment Onboarding
Complete the sections that apply to your fulfillment setup. (We’ll wire your internal forms and training links here next.)
1) Intake & Account Details ⌄
- Confirm primary contacts (ops + billing)
- Confirm fulfillment scope (channels, SKUs, shipping services)
- Confirm cut-off times and special handling requirements
2) SKUs, Labeling & Packaging Rules ⌄
- Provide a clean SKU list (SKU, product name, UPC, units per case)
- Confirm labeling needs (FNSKU, retail labels, lot/expiry if needed)
- Confirm pack rules (bundles, kitting, inserts, branded packaging)
3) Inbound Shipments ⌄
- Coordinate inbound timing + carrier details
- Share packing list / ASN prior to arrival
- Confirm pallet/carton labeling expectations
4) Returns & Exceptions ⌄
- Define returns disposition rules (restock, quarantine, discard)
- Define exception handling (damages, wrong item, address issues)
- Confirm escalation path for urgent issues
Marketing / Amazon Onboarding
Complete the sections that apply to your marketing services. Share your kickoff form links and we’ll embed them directly in each dropdown.
1) Access & Permissions ⌄
- Confirm Seller Central + Ads access requirements
- Confirm marketplaces (US, CA, EU, etc.)
- Confirm priority ASINs and launch timing
2) Brand Assets & Creative ⌄
- Logos, brand guidelines, product images
- Product positioning + claim guardrails
- Existing A+ / PDP copy (if any)
3) Goals, Budget & Reporting Cadence ⌄
- KPIs (ACOS / ROAS / TACOS)
- Monthly ad budget
- Weekly reporting schedule + stakeholders
